Kundalini yoga: what is it?

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient teaching with more than a thousand years of history. Until the middle of the 20th century, it was hidden from the uninitiated, and was passed on only to gifted students. But that all changed when Siri Singh Sihibu Yogi Bhajan made the teachings of the Kundalini public. He began his career at the age of 8. And at 16 he already became a master.

While traveling abroad, he discovered an unpleasant fact: young people in progressive countries reached nirvana by taking drugs. Then he wanted to give them something that would help them come to higher awareness without resorting to drugs.

Siri Singh helped with the help of teaching to get rid of negative addictions: alcoholic, nicotine, drug, etc. This suggests that the teaching has tremendous energy.

The first open class was held in 1969 in the United States. Since that moment, the teaching has spread throughout the world, and today it has millions of followers.

The goals of Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga aims to unite the brain, nervous system and glands of the human body into one whole. Then they work with maximum efficiency and help to achieve enlightenment.

Kundalini energy is the basis for the birth and development of the human spirit. This is the energy of the creation of the Universe. Practices do not require special physical training and super-health.
