Kundalini Yoga is different from other teachings. Its distinctive features:
Aspects of life. Yog Bhajan left not only spiritual practices, but also recommendations on healthy eating and lifestyle, raising children, family relationships, etc.
Start with difficult practices. In the teachings of Kundalini Yoga, it is said that the body has its own wisdom, and takes from the classes what it needs at the moment. Therefore, when you come to the first lesson, you can start with complex asanas and breathing exercises. In this teaching, it is not customary to build the performance of one exercise for years.
Quick practice. Long-term practitioners can feel the effect of the lesson after 15 minutes. Sets are available for 9 minutes leading to an update state.
White clothes. It helps to expand the aura and the electromagnetic field of a person.
Spiritual name. In this practice, it is customary to have two names: everyday and spiritual. The second is calculated using numerology. Its vibrations help to awaken the human soul and fulfill its destiny.
Energy. Kundalini Yoga classes help to find vigor and strength for accomplishing urgent matters. It is important not to succumb to the temptation, and not to “cut from the shoulder.”
Recovery from addiction. Prior to that, it was believed that it was impossible to recover from drug addiction. But the teaching proved the opposite – many of the mentors were drug addicts in the past. Kundalini Yoga helped them cope with their addiction. Practice allows you to get pleasure from other things and a completely different level.
Effects on the hormonal system. Kundalini Yoga has the concept of kriya – a strict sequence of exercises. Thanks to the kriya, a certain effect is achieved, so it is forbidden to change any actions in it.
Patience. Both beginners and advanced ones perform the same set of exercises, but they do it in different groups. But those who practice for a long time can do this or that exercise longer.
